Summary	NPS/CIRPAS, through its prime contractor Zivko, in support of Arcturus' Flight Testing. Arcturus will use CIRPAS facility to conduct testing of the T-20 UAV, internal company training and evaluation of equipment, training and procedures. CIRPAS will provide facility and personnel support.
