Summary | This work is for setting up and maintaining a centralized, government-wide resource for computer vision methods, primarily for object detection and recognition, called the Computer Vision Algorithm Collection, or CVAC. The primary purpose for CVAC is the availability of a one-stop repository and reference library for users, researchers (PIs), and program managers alike. The early part of the work will be directed towards this goal and comprise tasks including identification of relevant DoD-sponsored programs and their performers, establishing contact, obtaining related documentation (final reports, research papers) and possibly libraries, source code, data sets and other associated miscellaneous items. The second major component of this work involves cataloguing and organizing the collected material, and to create an intuitive web-based interface to the repository. |
