Summary | The objective of this research is to improve our understanding of the current application of simulation for training within the Fleet and help identify and address current and future training integration issues. Information from this research effort will be used to improve the curriculum content, research agenda and simulation infrastructure within the MOVES Institute. We will identify and address critical issues affecting training system integration. Results of this effort will be used to and refine our longer-term research strategy and target opportunities to improve training system effectiveness and reduce cost. |
