Summary	Enhancing the Department of Defense's ability to make faster and more robust decisions, and perform real-time distributed collaborative Research and Development (R&D) is the goal of the Transactive Memory, Information and Data Sciences, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning research and advanced technology development performed by the Sea Land Air Military Research initiative (SLAMR). In support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division-led S&T Investment Decision-making Naval Innovation and Process Adoption project, NPS will apply Information and Data Sciences expertise to assessing data collection, visualization, architectures and systems used in investment decision-making and Business Intelligence applications, including use of collaboration technologies.
