Summary | The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) will provide a series of combined programmatic efforts in support of Egyptian counter-terrorism and border security interests. These efforts, consisting of the development of a counter-insurgency (COIN) centered curriculum for implementation with leadership officials holding overall strategic planning responsibilities, and further development of war-gaming and tabletop exercises, will be conducted over a two-year period and involve work performed in-residence at NPS and exploratory discussions conducted in Egypt. |
