Summary	Professor Garfinkel will assist OSD Policy by reviewing and contributing the draft DoD policy on Cyber Policy. This policy review will stress Professor Garfinkel's research areas of aligning security and usability (HCI·SEC) and the practical application of-off-the-shelf technology that might create measurable improvements in cybersecurity posture within the 1-3 year time horizon. Garfinkel will also provide analysis and support in the identification of specific research efforts within the US academic environment that might be directly beneficial to DOD's Cyberspace objectives.
