Summary	PEO C4I, located in San Diego, CA, requires research support which enables its program offices to anticipate future threats and capabilities. The Naval Postgraduate School possesses the academic and technical skills that can assist selected PEO C4I program offices in considering new approaches to meeting their acquisition responsibilities. These responsibilities are increasing in importance with the recent publication of the Design for Maintaining Maritime Superiority, Version 2.0 in December 2018. That report specifically calls for increased capabilities in the cyberspace and information domains that PMWs 120 and 130 directly support.
