Summary	This proposal for continued support of our research in large-scale optimization includes finding ways to develop decision rules that pre-specify courses of action. Such decision rules provide decision support when online optimization is unavailable due to lack of computational resources, technical expertise, and/or loss of communication during conflict. We propose to develop theory and algorithms that leverage high-performance computing to construct decision rules and explore their use in defense planning.
