Summary	CORE Lab will provide seven days of social network analysis instruction to SOCEUR personnel and select partner nation participants, and two full days of Lighthouse data collection instruction to students. SNA labs, reading materials, and a CD of course materials will be provided by the CORE Lab to each student. Additionally, the CORE Lab will assist in setting up a SOCEUR specific version of the Lighthouse application for data input and aggregation.
