Summary	This annual proposal for continued support of our research in large-scale optimization includes development and implementation of a global benders decomposition algorithm for solving max-min interdiction models, with an emphasis on electric power-grid models and the Naval Postgraduate School SIGACTS viewer to dynamically display and analyze incident data from Operation Iraqi Freedom, and further develop the network and graph markup language.
