Summary	To fund grant awards solicited by NPS-BAA-12-002 Acquisition Research at the naval Postgraduate School. The BAA's primary objective was to attract outstanding researchers and scholars who would investigate topics of interest to the defense acquisition community. The program solicited innovative proposals for defense acquisition management and policy research to be conducted during the September 2012 through May 2014 time-frame.
