Summary	This proposal is for the support, travel, equipment, training of United States Naval Academy (USNA) midshipmen to undergo internships within the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The projects will be such tailored to be able to be continued when they return to USNA, where it is hoped that a majority will apply for the prestigious Bowman and Shoemaker Scholarship to return to NPS. These projects could then be continued as theses projects for these prospective students.
