Summary |
Program management in the planning, designing, coordinating, executing, and evaluating the five Theater Security Cooperation bi-lateral exercises Angor Sentinel in Cambodia, Hanuman Guardian in Thailand, Kerris Strike in Malaysia, Khan Quest in Mongolia and Yudh Abhyas in India. Each exercise has 4 events: Scenario Development Workshop, Initial Planning Workshop, Final Planning Workshop and Command Post Exercise. All require continuous management throughout the year. Program Management for the Leader Development Education for Sustained Peace (LDESP) program which provides country targeted seminars and distance learning courses for US exercise participant leadership. First Quarter requires the planning, organizing and coordination for the entire year's program. |
