Summary	The work encompassed in this research proposal supports the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA's) overarching mission of reducing the threats from weapons of mass destruction (WMD). The proposed research centers on DTRA's role in certifying and inspecting aerial imaging systems used by States Parties to the Treaty on Open Skies.
