Summary	This proposal is for NPS to provide coaching, consultation, and guidance NAVSEA to support their development of CyberCIEGE scenarios that cover the learning objectives identified in the and in the "CyberCIEGE Scenario Development" document provided by Clark Gorrell on 7/1/2015. The proposed work assumes use of existing CyberCIEGE artwork and virtual environments, and minimal alteration to the underlying game engine.
