Summary	NPS research to enhance the Marines' ability to more fully employ the analytic capabilities of COMBATXXI. The research will develop and test existing and new modeling capabilities, provide direct support to OAD personnel employing COMBATXXI for acquisition-related simulation studies, and training on modeling and simulation techniques for analysis. NPS faculty are uniquely qualified to perform this work due to long involvement with the COMBATXXI development process and the Marines' use of COMBATXXI in an analytical capacity.
