Summary	We will write a parser to process descriptions of signals in the form of documents used by NAWC-WD for manual reference currently. It will extract the key information about each including frequencies used, pulse widths, number of trains, and other identifying information. It will return a table giving hierarchical information about each signal and its subparts. We will test on at least 100 signal-description documents and report our findings, and also deliver the software used.
