Summary |
This effort is designed to enable the identification of potential vulnerabilities in emerging technologies including performance degradation in contested environments, interoperability, adaptability and training/ease of use through live and virtual experiment venues designed to improve Warfighter maneuver, survivability, and lethality. Inform technological and doctrinal development by identifying and assessing effective tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and emerging technologies that could create capability gaps in U.S. systems operating in contested, congested, peer/near-peer environments and develop an understanding of operations in a dense urban environment. This research effort will also provide direct knowledge transfer and support to the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), regarding their understanding of urban operations; Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC), Naval Special Warfare Development Group (MSWDG) regarding identifying and assessing vulnerabilities in a urban environment and understanding of future operations in a dense urban environment. |
