Summary	NPS proposes to establish a Common Operational Research Environment (CORE) program within the Center for Terrorism and Irregular Warfare (CITW). The intent of this program is to leverage analytical technologies to educate the officer corps on how to apply theoretical concepts to the problems of terrorism and irregular warfare.
