Summary |
The senior leaders participating in Phase One will then nominate two MOD emerging leaders to travel to NPS for approximately four weeks to engage with faculty and students in the Defense Analysis department with the objective of creating a country-specific and COIN-centric war game. Phase Three for this program will see the senior leaders from Phase One returning to NPS for presentations and demonstrations of the war game by the nominees from Phase Two and the involved NPS students and faculty. The resulting war game will be made available to GOE for their continued use in training and exercises. |
