Summary	The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) will provide Land Border Security & Terrorism (LBS&T) Training to no more than 20 Vietnamese Military O5/O6 officers and their civilian Police and equivalents on the NPS campus at Monterey, California. This workshop is designed for selected Vietnamese officials with responsibility for securing the country’s land borders. The program will feature both conceptual and practical material, aimed at helping the government of Vietnam develop a more effective strategy for managing its complex border challenges. Modules and case studies will help the Vietnamese apply the lessons learned and best practices of many other governments to their own geographic, cultural, economic, and political circumstances.
