Summary	Consistent with U.S. policy to counter terrorism, while at the same time building cooperative efforts with allies and friendly countries throughout the world, the United States offers strategic, operational and tactical training to participating countries through a variety of U.S. departments and agencies using a variety of funding sources. The CORE Lab is designed to assist friendly international governments and militaries in combating terrorism.
