Summary	Signal transmitted through the atmosphere experiences interference, which can cause inter-symbol interference and wrong interpretation of the symbol. The proposed work is aimed to reduce the effect and improve the recovery of the transmitted signal. Students will be involved, and the research will help advance Navy’s capabilities.
