Summary	This project will examine issues affecting long-term strategic cooperation between the United States and India and between the United States and Pakistan by (1) examining potential area for strategic cooperation, (2) assessing challenges, and (3) formulating ideas for new strategies to enhance strategic ties over the next decade. These conferences will be the second in a series of track two dialogues between the United States and India and the United States and Pakistan.
