Summary	The Navy is a key partner in national interdiction activities. Because of its obvious strength in national security education and research, the Naval Postgraduate School is the optimal institution to support and education, training, and research program to aid the national counterproliferation interdiction mission. The Center for Contemporary Conflict will provide research for the project.
