|Summary||This project will leverage the resources of SEED (Simulation Experiments and Efficient Design) Center experimentation techniques to create an analysis of ISR capabilities and the associated tactics against terrorist forces that extensively employ IEDs. The insights gained from this project will help identify factors to improve the performance of the force, and provide indications where tactics, capabilities, and/or policies require further integration.|
