Summary	The OPNAV N9I Chair of Systems Engineering Analysis has general responsibilities related to the SEA program at NPS and its response to and relevance to Department of Navy needs and priorities. NPS responsibilities include direct liaison with OPNAV and Fleet staff, oversight and advisory of the SEA education and research programs, and sponsor SEA travel to support OPNAV-sponsored capstone education and research programs.
