Summary	This proposal outlines the Naval Postgraduate School's support the National Security Agency's \textit{NSA Cyber Centers of Academic Excellence} 2020 summer intern program at the National Security Agency's Washington and Hawaii facilities. NPS will provide lectures and labs in Cyber Operations, Mobile Communications, SCADA and IoT.
