Summary	The objective of this program is to provide courses to sponsors on a Distance Learning basis. The courses offered are specifically in Electrical and Computer Engineering and they can lead to a number of degrees, ranging from Academic Certificates to a fully ABET accredited MSEE. This proposal specifies the modality of course delivery, the costs per course per student and the modality for reimbursements by the sponsors.
