Summary	The objective of this research is to increase the capability of the Navy's Information Assurance Program in the area of system certification. It is subdivided into three tasks: update the course materials and publish the course materials prior to instructing the course. organize the attendees and arrange for the facilities for each class offering. Teach the course at fleet concentration centers two on the east coast, one on the west coast, and two in the Pacific theater.
