Summary The purpose of this project is to propose an architecture and associated analysis to support Big-Data needs in Logistics Management for the USMC. Currently data us ingested and then aggregated as a portfolio across various independent entities. This has Jed to a repetition of knowledge (across portfolios). The NPS researchers will look to organize the data with the goal to consolidate. The Analytics will be generated using Oracle BI (Business Intelligence) tools, in-memory tables, and Big-Data clusters, which will be presented in the form of dashboards and smart-device APPs.
