Summary	This goal of this work is to organize and commence thesis research at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) on topics of mutual interest between NPS and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Department of Operational Test and Evaluation (OSD/DOT&E). It is planned as a two year effort with the intent of engaging students and faculty at NPS to investigate topics in the general areas of cyber-attack tools and virtualization.
