Summary | This five day short course was requested by SMC/MC to provide their Program Management I Acquisition I Engineering personnel a comprehensive overview of current and planned military and commercial satellite communications systems in use by DoD. It is intended to give personnel with a detailed understanding of a small element of the overall system a familiarity with the overall MILSATCOM architecture and their associated role. (The course will be derived from the existing SSAG course SS3613.) The course will be taught at on site at SMC (Los Angeles AFB) twice during the period of performance, at dates mutually agreed upon by SMC/MC and NPSISSAG. |
