Summary	The development of user generated video-based training channel for the 7th Marine Regiment, Ripper Academy, is intended to enable Marines to mediate tacit knowledge, capture real time training and education events, and redistribute those events. This research project will produce a case study that investigates how this program has evolved and its effectiveness and make recommendations to improve adaptation.
