Summary	This project will develop recommendations for a reorganization of the OPNAV staff to develop different methodologies to support long-range planning for future fleet force structure. This project will directly support the CNO's priority of developing a more coherent long-range planning process that properly integrates the capabilities across the N-Code directorates to ensure rationalization across the OPNAV staff as it relates to strategy. The project will provide the CNO with a roadmap on how to achieve a more coherent framework for long-range planning and strategy development. The roadmap will be contained in the project research report developed by the research team.
