Summary	NSA will develop and deliver five courses to equip the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's workforce with regional knowledge and cross-cultural competence specific to each OCONUS COCOM's area of operations. Courses will include assignments and assessments that are appropriate for earning college credit. Courses will be taught by faculty from NSA and GSBPP in locations chosen by the sponsor.
