Summary |
This interagency agreement between the Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Agency's (NNSA's) Office of Nonproliferation and International Security (NA-24) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) is undertaken to explore issues affecting long-term strategic stability in South Asia. This instrument provides support for examining new and emerging complexities associated with these issues and involves the participation of regional experts from India, Pakistan and other countries. Under the IA, NPS is to devise, host and facilitate event(s) that will stimulate candid discussion on complex stability issues in the realm of WMD and help prepare U.S., India, Pakistan and other Asian decision-makers, security experts, and scholars for better-informed participation uniquely developed findings and policy recommendations. |
