Summary	This project is for the instructional delivery of a graduate certificate in Civil-Military Relations & the Rule of Law (ROL) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in support of the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne)(USACAPOC). Students graduating from the ROL graduate certificate receive 12-credit hours. It also includes a period of follow-on administrative work for the Program Manager.
