Summary	Pursuant to the 28 FEB 08 MOU between the Commander, NAVSEA and the NPS President, NPS proposes to perform studies and analyses in acquisition topics of immediate concern to the Commander as well as to stimulate and studies and analyses conducted by faculty and graduate students. Proposed topics will be agreed upon by the Sponsor and the Acquisition Research Chair.
