Summary | Develop an integrated wide-scale surveillance system for small cities such as Salinas, CA, that can provide critical information to more effectively fight gang-related violence. Back-tracking vehicles through time ("Geo-TIVO") will aid in crime attribution and real-time video footage is expected to improve situational awareness and the radius of spatial coverage. Infrastructure operation will be mostly automatic. with a low personnel requirement. We will leverage existing infrastructure and experience from technologies developed and demonstrated in support of Special Operations Forces. |
