Summary | The Stability, Security and Development in Complex Operations Certificate (SSDCO) is a hybrid graduate certificate program conducted by the faculty of the Global Public Policy Academic Group (GPPAG) at NPS. The SSDCO combines distributed learning with an intensive in-resident phase. The SSDCO certificate is designed for mid-career Civil Affairs (CA) and Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers as well as personnel from the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies interested in topics in the area of complex operations. The objective of the SSDCO graduate certificate program is to develop better understanding of stability, security and development in the global environment and enable students to more effectively operate in the civil dimension of military operations across the spectrum of conflict. |
