Summary	This project (NPS-23-N238-A) builds on the work done in FY22 (NPS-22-N206-A) to expand the data sources to non-US geography, Buoy, ADSB (aircraft data) and satellite imagery. AI/ML algorithms and models will change based on the new datasets and will be researched. A scaling system architecture for the newer data will be studied.
