Summary | A case study of a national security space program is proposed. Case studies facilitate learning by emphasizing the long-term consequences of the systems engineering/programmatic decisions on cost, schedule, and operational effectiveness of major programs. The proposed research will support the thesis research of several students, and the resultant report will be used to supplement learning in the space systems curricula. |
