Summary	NPS researchers will work together with the USMC team to demonstrate key technology capabilities and produce a signature facility upgrade plan. NPS will show the feasibility of using multiple low-cost, open-standards, open-source capabilities in concert. Existing display and public-address systems will be adapted and improved in a practical fashion.
