Summary	The overall objective of this project is to conduct research and development on, and to transition to the U.S. Navy, data sets, analysis and forecast methods, forecast systems, and other resources for improving climate and long range support for strategic, operational, and tactical planning and assessment of national security operations at lead times of weeks to decades.
