Summary | This project seeks to explore the effects of village stability operations, or VSO, and focused operations in Afghanistan. Using a combination of historical analysis, military operations research, and exploratory data analysis methods, the PI will analyze the effect of these operations in the field. The PI's research will contribute to a broader study by TRACS-Monterey that is intended to develop historical operations analysis that will also feature objective measures such as geospatial statistics and visualization to illuminate the impact of VSO and focused operations. |
