Summary	The Naval Postgraduate School will support the office of the Secretary of Defense in the appointment of Mr. Brian Hibbeln as the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Special Capabilities. In this role, Mr. Hibbeln will serve as directed by Mr. Kubricky, in his role as the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense, Advanced Systems & Concepts.
