Summary	This proposal is for the 570 curriculum support of the Total Ship Systems Engineering certificate and in particular TS3000 Electrical Power Engineering. This is the first course in the certificate that terminates with a comprehensive ship systems design. The travel is intended for: - two faculty members from University of South Caroline to NPS (week of 23 Sept) - Multiple NPS student from NPS to the DC/Philly area (same week) to visit with ship systems design experts at Carderock.
