Summary | This program is to study the tactics used by the insurgent groups and IED networks in the North West Frontier Province and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan because these tactics mirror those of the insurgency in Afghanistan, therefore lessons learned by the Pakistan Army may provide valuable insight for U.S. policy makers and the U.S. Military Commanders in Afghanistan. |
