Summary	The purpose of this research is to assist the Board of inspection and Survey (INSURV) in improving how data is displayed, particularly in its annual briefing to Navy leadership, and to assist INSURV in improving how it conducts inspections by developing sampling methods that can be incorporated into INSURV inspections. In addition, possible thesis topics for NPS Operations Research students will be explored.
